Project: Repair heating system.
Comments: I contacted Stice Services at 10:30 on Friday night when my heat stopped working and the temperature was quickly dropping. They were able to get to me the very next day with part in hand, and had my services back to operational. The technician sent was very professional, answered all of my questions in terms I was able to understand, and was able to diagnose the issue at a far less cost than I originally thought. I always appreciate quality service, fair prices, and immediate service. Thank you Stice Services for saving the day.

Comments: The Stice crew came in and explained what they were doing, and had no problems answering my questions as they went through the entire installation process. Prior to the replacement, the tech Jason showed me why a replacement was recommended as opposed to a repair. On the day of replacement, more problems with the old system cropped up with other sections of the unit, which made us glad we had gone ahead with the full replacement in spite of the cost. That warranty is awesome!

AC went out in the middle of the night. I left message at 6 in the morning asking them to call when they got in to the office. My ringer was off on the phone, so I missed their return call, but they put me on the schedule anyway, so I did not have to wait. My AC was fixed by 10:30 that same morning. Since I know nothing about air conditioning, they could have convinced me it was something costly (like other companies with whom I have had dealings.) However, the unit was back in working order for $100. This same company spent a good bit of time, in the past, at no charge, talking me through a situation with another provider.They also offer a military discount. This is my second time dealing with them and I will most definitely return again when my bi-annual maintenance is due!
Called Stice Services on a very hot June morning. They were there the same day in a very timely manner. They were very friendly, professional and gave great quality service. I would definitely recommend them.
I just had their technician Trey at my home and he was polite, professional and explained everything thoroughly. He even took time to speak with my husband and explain what he’d done on the phone. He fixed a leaking valve, added refrigerant and said if we wanted a quote he’d have someone call us. Here’s the best part – even though our unit is over 30 years old, he wasn’t pushy or trying to upsell and understood we just needed to be able to make it through the summer. When we buy our new system, I guarantee it will be through Stice!!!! Can’t praise them enough!
One of the best tips I’ve gotten was from another rental owner about Stice Services. He told me how happy he’s been with their work and prices for years. He has needed little more than the preventative maintenance since they’ve been so thorough. I used them right away and understood why he was so pleased.
I have now used them numerous times on rentals and my home. I had an emergency on July 4th that was my fault (I hadn’t checked the float level tray in the attic) and they came very quickly and saved the (93 degree) day!
I will definitely continue to use, and reccomend, them.
